1: How can I visit elephant sanctuary?

To visit Elephant sanctuary we ask you to book by using the booking form, please note that we can be fully booked during holiday seasons and its recommended to book in advance. More information about our programs at the links below.

2. How far in advance do I need to book?

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the assigned pick up time for your visit and confirmed by Bangkok Elephants Tour a minimum of 12 hours prior to the aforementioned time. Bookings requested on the same day as your desired visit will not be accepted. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible.

 

3: Do you offer Child/Infant rates?

4.How do I pay?

 On the day of your visit, Pay in THB cash only to Elephants sanctuary cashier counter when you arrive there on date tour.

 

5. What is your Privacy Policy?

 The use of any details you provide us are for contact or booking purposes only.

 We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a 3rd party, especially your email addresses and phone numbers, without your express permission, unless required by law. Never ever.

 

6.What language do your guides speak?

 All of our guides speak fluent English and Thai.

 

7.What is the food like?

 All meals are served buffet style offering a large variety of Thai dishes. A selection of fresh salads, fruit and vegetables are also available.

Please let us know If you have any food allergies or special request (Vegan or vegetarian meals or provided)

 

8: What should I bring with me?

 Please bring a change of clothing (you will get dirty/wet!), sunscreen, hat, camera, mosquito repellent and flip flops. Children should bring closed shoes. If you want to make new friends, be sure to pack yellow bananas

 

9: Can I bring my luggage with me to elephant sanctuary?

 Yes, you can store your luggage here and we have lockers for your valuable items.

 

10. Can you pick me up at the hotel in Bangkok for my trip?

 We recommend staying in Bangkok city the night prior to your visit to the Elephant sanctuary.

 

11: How long does it take to reach the Elephant Sanctuary?

 On average, it takes approximately 2.5 hours to reach the Elephant Sanctuary from Bangkok. The time taken may vary depending on variables such as traffic, weather, and current road conditions.

 

12: What are to roads to elephant sanctuary like?

 For the majority of the drive to elephant sanctuary, we use paved public roads, however the final portion of the drive to each of our locations includes unpaved road conditions. We recommend bringing medication if you are prone to motion sickness.

15. Can I fly my drone to take video or photos?

 The use of Drones at our Elephant sanctuary or Projects is strictly prohibited. It is illegal and scares our Elephants.
